ENTER YOUR TEAM IN TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE

This form must be completed and mailed with all payments made by check or money order.

A. SANCTION YOUR TEAM ON-LINE (Annual Fee - $25)      

            NOTE: ALL TEAMS MUST SANCTION ON-LINE!.  

            TO SANCTION YOUR TEAM ON-LINE:

                        Select: "COACHES" This can be found in the box at the top of the page displayed with a photo of a team coach.

                                Select: Team Sanction

                                Select: Option 1 if you do not have record of your 2011 sanction number and team email.

                                Select: Option 2 by filling in your 2011 sanction number and team email address used for your 2011 sanction application.

                                Select: YOUTH in the circles above the division (Be sure to complete this step as the default setting is for ADULT.)

                                Select Team’s: Class & Age (This information is found in the box below the division. Select from the drop down menus.)

                                Fill in all Team Information – make sure your EMAIL is CORRECT!  

                            Example: xxx@aol.com  not just  xxx@aol

                                State/Region Selection – Select STATE and DIRECTOR (For Illinois Teams ONLY - Select G Gund)

                                Select Password – WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD!

                                        If you forget your password, you will have to reset it as BPA Directors do not have access to obtaining team passwords.

                                Submit form

                        NOTE: On the next page you will receive payment instructions/options for your Sanction/Registration fee.

Follow this link CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS to pay your annual $25 sanction fee conveniently and securely on our website.
This online payment link is for ILLINOIS TEAMS ONLY.

            Once payment is received, your STATE DIRECTOR'S office will approve your sanction application.

            You will then receive your sanction number via email.       

            Please note that the email you receive containing your sanction number is your receipt and registration card for the year.

            You DO NOT have to enter your roster before entering tournaments online.

B. ENTER YOUR TEAM ROSTER ON-LINE

            NOTE: ALL TOURNAMENT TEAMS MUST ENTER THEIR ROSTERS ONLINE.

                    Roster MUST be Online PRIOR to participating in your FIRST TOURNAMENT!                                                    

                            League teams DO NOT enter your roster online.

                            NOTE: ALL Fields are MANDATORY! 

        INCORRECT or MISSING information will make player ineligible to participate.

                    We recommend you collect the following information from EACH Player in advance before beginning:

                            Player’s Name – No nicknames (NO Bubba/DJ/Wiz)

                            Player’s Full Address, City, State and Zip Code

                            Player’s Date of Birth

            TO ENTER YOUR ROSTER ON-LINE

                       Select: "COACHES" This can be found in the box at the top of the page displayed with a photo of a team coach.

                                        Click on: "TEAM LOGIN"  again in center menu

                                                Enter Team Sanction Number and the Password you created when completing your team sanction application.

                                                        If you have forgotten your password select the "CLICK HERE IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD" link.

                                                        Click on: CHANGE TEAM PASSWORD

                                                        Enter: Team Sanction Number and Team Email address you listed when completing your sanction application.

                                                        Your password will then be emailed to you by the system. (This should only takes a minute.)

                                                                If you do not receive your password, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK mail for any notices from BPA.

                        Once you have entered your Sanction Number & Password

                                    Click on: "TEAM ROSTER"

                                             Click on the blue "ADD A NEW PLAYER" link. Type in all information for your player and click SAVE.

                                        (Diskette off to the left), then it will allow the line for next player to be added.

                                             When finished with all players click SUBMIT.

              TO PRINT ROSTER

                        Print Roster: The roster will print with blanks for signatures. All rosters must be signed by both players and their parents.

                        You MUST take a signed copy of the ONLINE ROSTER to tournament sites and turn in to the tournament director/site supervisor.

                        We suggest you keep a copy of the original roster will all signatures. This will eliminate players and parents having to sign multiple rosters.

                        Note: IT IS REQUIRED for YOUTH teams to have team insurance.

                                A copy of your team insurance must be turned in along with your signed roster.

            REMEMBER THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 25 SPOTS ON YOUR ROSTER.

            USE YOUR SPOTS WISELY, IF YOU DO NOT NEED THEM, DO NOT USE THEM!

            LEAVE AT LEAST 2 PLAYER SPOTS OPEN FOR ADDITIONS FOR POST SEASON PLAY.

            PLAYER RELEASES STILL TAKE UP A PLAYER SPOT.

            YOU CAN ADD PLAYERS UNTIL YOUR ROSTER IS FROZEN.

C. ENTER YOUR TEAM FOR TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE (Sign up and pay for Tournaments)      

        NOTE: ALL TOURNAMENT TEAMS MUST REGISTER FOR TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE.  

            THIS IS MANDATORY FOR FOR ALL DIVISIONS: Baseball, Girls Fast-Pitch and Adult Slow-Pitch!

            NOTE: Paper Entry forms and phone calls will NOT BE ACCEPTED as an official tournament entry!

                                Select: 2012

                                Select: State

                                Select: Age Group - YOUTH

                                Select: Class (Optional)

                                Select: Program (Optional)

                                Select: Type (Optional)

                                Click on: Search

                        Scan tournament list

                                Select tournament to enter.

                                Click on magnifying glass located to the left of the tournament name.

                                Examine details of tournament.

                        If you wish to enter and register your team, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your sanction number and password.

                                Click on SIGN UP

                        You will receive a CONFIRMATION E-MAIL!
