ENTER YOUR TEAM IN TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE

A. SANCTION YOUR TEAM ON-LINE (Annual Fee)      

            ALL TEAMS MUST SANCTION ON-LINE.  

            TO SANCTION YOUR TEAM ON-LINE:

                        Go to: www.playillinoisbpa.com

                        Click on "Sanction Team" in horizontal menu under Illinois BPA

                        (Click Here) PlayBPA (Click Here)

                        Select: "Team Sanction"

                                Fill in all information – make sure your EMAIL is CORRECT!   

                            Example: xxx@aol.com  not just  xxx@aol

                                State/Region Selection – Select STATE and DIRECTOR

                            (Director/Region/Area) your team is registering with.

                                Select Team’s: Class & Division

                                Select Specialty Program:  ONLY if it applies to THIS TEAM'S ROSTER!

                            Select NONE if no specialty program applies.

                                Submit Form

                                Select Password – Keep track of this password.

                        NOTE: You will be instructed where to MAIL the check for the Sanction/Registration fee.

            NOTE: CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND WOULD BE MUCH FASTER THAN MAIL!!

            Once payment is received, the office will approve your sanctioning and you will receive your sanction number via e-mail.       

            Please note that the email you receive with your registration number is your receipt and registration card for the year.

            You DO NOT have to enter your roster before entering tournaments.

B. ENTER YOUR TEAM ROSTER ON-LINE

            ALL TOURNAMENT TEAMS MUST ENTER THEIR ROSTERS ONLINE.

                    Roster MUST be Online PRIOR to participating in your FIRST TOURNAMENT!                                                    

                            League teams DO NOT enter your roster online.

                            NOTE: ALL Fields are MANDATORY! 

        INCORRECT or MISSING information will make player ineligible to participate.

                    We recommend you collect the following information from EACH Player in advance before beginning:

                            Player’s Name – No nicknames (NO Bubba/DJ/Wiz)

                            Player’s Full Address, City, State and Zip Code

                            Player’s Date of Birth

                            Player’s Driver’s License Number  (for adults)  IF NO DL#, use your STATE’S Photo ID Number.

            TO ENTER YOUR ROSTER ON-LINE

                           Go to: www.playillinoisbpa.com

                           Click on: "Enter Roster" in horizontal menu under Illinois BPA

                           (Click Here) PlayBPA (Click Here)

                                Select on: "TEAM LOGIN"

                                        Click on: "TEAM LOGIN"  again in center menu

                                                Enter Team Registration Number & Password.

                                                        If you have forgotten your password, or did not select one:

                                                        Click on: CHANGE TEAM PASSWORD

                                                        Enter: Registration Number AND Click on: Forgot Password

                                                        Your password will be emailed to you by the system. (This only takes a minute.)

                        Once you have entered your Registration Number & Password

                                    Click on: "TEAM ROSTER"

                                            Click on Pencil (Edit) Type in all information for a player and SAVE

                                        (Diskette off to the left), then it will allow the line for next player to be added.

                                            Click on Pencil (Edit) Type in NEXT Players information and Click: SAVE

                                        (Diskette off to the left) – continue for all players.

                                    When finished with all players CLICK: SUBMIT

              TO PRINT ROSTER

                        Print Roster: The roster will print with blanks for signatures.

                        You MUST take a signed copy of the ONLINE ROSTER to tournament sites.

                        We suggest you keep a copy of the original Roster will all signatures.

                        Note: IT IS REQUIRED for YOUTH teams to have team insurance,

                                ADULT are NOT required to have team insurance

                    Adult teams may purchase team insurance, or select NO INSURANCE.

            REMEMBER THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 20 PLAYERS ON THE ROSTER.

            USE YOUR SPOTS WISELY, IF YOU DO NOT NEED THEM, DO NOT USE THEM!

            LEAVE AT LEAST 2 PLAYER SPOTS OPEN FOR ADDITIONS FOR POST SEASON PLAY.

            PLAYER RELEASES STILL TAKE UP A PLAYER SPOT.

            YOU CAN ADD PLAYERS UNTIL THAT ROSTER IS FROZEN.

C. ENTER YOUR TEAM FOR TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE (Sign up and pay for Tournaments)      

            ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER FOR TOURNAMENTS ON-LINE.  

            THIS IS MANDATORY FOR 2006 FOR ALL DIVISIONS: Baseball, Girls Fast-Pitch and Adult Slow-Pitch!

            NOTE: Paper Entry forms and and phone calls will no be accepted as an official tournament entry

                   Select: "Tournaments"

                                Next select: Future or past tournaments with results

                                Next select: Adult or youth

                                Next select: Illinois

                                Click on: List tournaments

                        Scan tournament list

                                Select tournament to enter

                                Click on magnifying glass located to the left of tournament

                                Examine details of tournament

                        If you wish to enter and register your team scroll to bottom and enter your sanction number and password

                                Click on SIGN UP

                        You will receive an CONFIRMATION E-MAIL!
