PASS-DOWNS - if a team decides that they cannot attend the World Series then that berth is then passed down to the next highest finishing team and to the next etc.

2010 Illinois BPA Points Chase

1. New Illinois points system with FOUR WORLD SERIES BERTHS (unpaid) to for TOP FOUR POINTS LEADERS in each age group as of the Monday after the age group state tournament!  These berths can be passed down!
