Rain Out - Day of tournament before start = $50 Minimum Deduction (based on facility setup costs)

Rain Out - One game played = 25% Refund/Rebate*

Rain Out - Two games played = No Refund

Four-game Minimum Advertized

Rain Out - One game played = 50% Refund/Rebate*

Rain Out - Two games played = 25% Refund/Rebate*

Rain Out – Three games played – No Refund

Team Cancellation - 14 days before tournament = $100 Deduction

Team Cancellation - 7 days before tournament = No Refund

Team Cancellation - during tournament = No Refund

Team Forfeiture or Ejection from tournament = No Refund

Team Sanction Fee = No Refund
